The Insane Festival 2024 is fast approaching, and a big thank you goes out to the Insane team and volunteers who are in the middle of setting up the festival. For this year’s festival, L’Insane has prepared a killer line-up, as usual.

List of things not to forget :

1. Tickets
2. Identity papers
3. Cashless Credit card to pay us a shot 😉
4. The backpack / satchel
5. Clothes (remember to bring warm clothes in May as it may sting in the evening)
6. The most comfortable shoes you can get so you can stomp your feet without respite
7. When it comes to hygiene products, don’t forget your shower gel and toothbrush. Just because you’re at a festival doesn’t mean you have to stink to high heaven!)
8. Sunglasses and sunscreen (don’t get me wrong, I’m not on the team that’s going to peel our asses off and I’d have warned you)
9. Your own little canvas house to sleep in, comforter, mattress, cushion, everything you need to recharge your batteries.
10. Cell phone and portable battery so you don’t have trouble finding your buddies

Small Prevention Point

To begin with, a quick reminder of the basic needs that certain substances can alter: hydration (I’m talking about at least 1.5L of water, smart guy), food, kicking can be intense so think about eating well to have enough energy, sleep, the basics even if the place and circumstances can give you complications falling asleep, think about resting well. Don’t underestimate sleep deprivation, a beginner’s mistake. Many of you will be tempted or led to use drugs. There are prevention booths, so don’t hesitate to ask them about mixing substances, which can be risky, so take care and be reasonable 😉
