Back-to-school marks another bubbling season for the French electronic scene. After a summer rich in open airs and XXL festivals, programming continues at a frenetic pace. From September to December, clubs and organizers bring out the heavy artillery with unmissable events ranging from Parisian raves to immersive regional events.

Brunch Electronik – September 13 & 14 – Lyon

Dream Nation Festival – September 26 & 27 – Paris (Villepinte)

Idilik Festival – October 24 & 25, 2025 – Mulhouse

Walking Bass Festival – October 30 to November 1 – Marseille

Sonora Halloween XXL – October 31 to November 1 – Bordeaux

Newrave Festival – December 13, 2025 – Valenciennes

The Newrave Festival returns to Valenciennes in force on December 13, 2025, ready to rock the Cité des Congrès all night long. From 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., some 6,500 ravers will gather for a new edition that already promises to be legendary. The Happy New Rave set Toulouse alight on the night of January 1, 2025, offering revelers an explosive way to ring in the New Year. Organized by Nuit Sombre, the event drew almost 500 participants to the heart of the city, with a brand-new RCF sound system, an intimate boiler room atmosphere and sets oscillating between hardtechno, techno and hardcore. Easily accessible by public transport and supported by a coolly priced bar, the evening combined raw energy, proximity to the artists and photo/video capture for an aftermovie that will immortalize this New Year’s Eve like no other. A successful edition that confirms Happy New Rave as a must-attend event to launch the year under the rave banner.
