Everyone who was there remembers it was intense. A rapid but very intense episode of wind and rain, which meant we had to evacuate the festival stages, secure any decorations that might have fallen down, pick up almost all the festival fences to get the sound back up and running in less than 1H30&#8230; It was a tough job, but we got through it!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What are the particular logistical challenges involved in organizing an outdoor festival like Insane Festival, and how do you deal with them?<\/strong><strong><br\/><\/strong>The biggest challenge was arriving on a bare site: no water, no electricity and no infrastructure!\nAccommodating 16,000 people a day is complicated enough.\nWe have a competent technical team and we are helped by the local authorities to set up this truly ephemeral living space, which gets better every year!
