that hardly seems to whisper in the ear of an electronic nave, roaming bewitching dancefloors.\nIn our latest conversation with the techno\/electro artist (who is also a sound engineer), Skahr shares his journey from his first love of electronic music to his development as a DJ-producer. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Her_artistic_career\"><\/span><strong>Her artistic career :<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>Skahr&#8217;s interest in music began in his early college years, as he searched for a hobby that would captivate his interest.\nThat&#8217;s how he discovered the vast musical universe, driven by iconic figures such as David Guetta and Daft Punk.\nThese French DJ-producers were already touring with the biggest stars on the international scene at the time.\nEnthralled by this world where DJs managed to transcend audiences by manipulating buttons and broadcasting their sounds through increasingly imposing sound systems for the venues where they performed.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Making people smile and coming together to celebrate: what a wonderful job.\nThat&#8217;s probably what Skahr thought when he decided to devote his life to music.\nThe first evenings he performed behind the decks, often organized by his father, were memorable moments.\nAs a reward, these evenings were crowned with a generous banquet.\nNew Year&#8217;s Eve parties were also special occasions, with DJ inviting all his friends to his house for a night of DJing.\nBut perhaps the most memorable were those summer evenings, when Skahr would test his latest discoveries in front of his friends, managing to elicit sincere smiles from them.\nThese were moments of encouragement to pursue his musical passion with determination.      <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"His_musical_universe\"><\/span><strong>His musical universe :<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A self-proclaimed devotee of progressive house, tech house and electronica, Skahr is an artist who places a premium on his musical individuality rather than conforming to a defined style.\nHe explains: &#8220;I think we&#8217;re in an era where styles don&#8217;t really make sense anymore, where we all draw on our multiple inspirations, creating an artist&#8217;s own genre. For my part, I don&#8217;t compose by trying to approximate a style, but rather by trying to fish through all my influences to create my own.&#8221;\nHer style is a reflection of her diverse inspirations.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Skahr, blues, rock, French touch, film\/documentary music, jazz and world music are key influences in his work.\nThe DJ expresses these influences by integrating a lot of melody into his electronic tracks, experimenting with jazzy chords and constantly evolving his compositions to avoid any form of listening boredom. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"His_creative_process\"><\/span><strong>His creative process:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lover of sound experimentation, Skahr shares his love of creating improvisations while sitting down with his software and musical equipment.\nMuch of his creative process is based on trial and error, as well as the construction of sound compositions, explaining in particular, &#8220;Generating noises from everything, interweaving them with each other, listening to the result, a bit like sound legos.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skahr uses Ableton Live music production software with a 5-octave keyboard, a Zoom recorder to capture moments in all circumstances, and several synthesizers to create his electronic compositions.\nHe also integrates a guitar to add sonic textures to his music.\nWhen it comes to his signature sound, Skahr looks for elements that can create a sense of harmonic chaos in his tracks.\nHowever, it is essential for him that each track contains a groove and a dose of feeling that cannot be expressed in words.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Skahr_live_performances\"><\/span><strong>Skahr live performances:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As yet, Skahr hasn&#8217;t had the honor of performing with a producer&#8217;s hat on, but he thinks he&#8217;d take the same approach.\nPerforming in front of an audience can be both the most enjoyable and the worst thing ever.\nAs a DJ, he&#8217;s been through some of the worst parties of his life, adapting 100% to his audience, constraining himself, and after a while, when the heart&#8217;s not in it, the performances go downhill.\nOn the other hand, he&#8217;s also experienced evenings where he mixed only what he personally liked, only to find that the atmosphere wasn&#8217;t there.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In all circumstances, it&#8217;s vital to bear in mind that a performance is an
