start<\/h3>\n\n<p>Imagine yourself immersed in the spellbinding world of electronic music, where every sound is carefully crafted to captivate minds and thrill souls.\nIt&#8217;s in this space that Maxime, aka IAMBOT, has flourished as a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.technomag.fr\/en\/category\/dj-production-en\/\">DJ<\/a><\/strong>.\nAt the age of 32, his story began with a simple curiosity, which quickly evolved into a real passion.\n&#8220;I started mixing when I was 22, when I was still living with my parents in Le Mans,&#8221; he explains.\nOnce he had his first controller in hand, he plunged headfirst into the exciting world of electronic music.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A self-taught path<\/h3>\n\n<p>IAMBOT&#8217;s path to musical creation was punctuated by experimentation and self-taught learning.\n&#8220;The early days of being totally self-taught were complicated,&#8221; he admits with a smile.\nHe spent hours exploring every nook and cranny of electronic music, experimenting with various genres and techniques.\nAfter gaining confidence and expertise, he took it a step further, switching to a DDJRX controller that still accompanies him today.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Back in force<\/h3>\n\n<p>After a three-year break, IAMBOT felt an irresistible call to return to the world of mix.\n&#8220;I resumed mixing in May 2023, more motivated than ever,&#8221; he shares.\nA chance encounter in a Rennes bar marked a decisive turning point in his career.\nA member of a Rennes DJ collective invited him to perform for them, and IAMBOT brilliantly conquered their stage.\nHe is now part of a collective, performing in a variety of venues.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_IAMBOT_sound_universe\"><\/span>The IAMBOT sound universe<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The unique musical style<\/h3>\n\n<p>IAMBOT has established his distinctive mark on the musical landscape by fusing different styles to create a captivating sonic experience.\n&#8220;I love hard-hitting Acid Techno, Hard techno, Rave, 90&#8217;s techno or good remixes of big hits from the 80&#8217;s to 2000&#8217;s in techno mode,&#8221; he explains.\nThis diversity is reflected in his sets, which can transport audiences through different eras and emotions.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evolutionary influence<\/h3>\n\n<p>IAMBOT&#8217;s influences are constantly evolving, but he currently cites artists such as TEOKAD and Sarah Landry as major sources of inspiration.\n&#8220;I really like what TEOKAD does. Very acid, non-linear, melodic sounds. I also really like what Sarah Landry does,&#8221; he shares enthusiastically.\nThese artists have left their mark on his music, influencing his creative choices and artistic vision.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide has-text-align-center\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IAMBOTs_creative_process\"><\/span>IAMBOT&#8217;s creative process<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The art of transformation<\/h3>\n\n<p>IAMBOT reveals his unique approach to creating his signature sound.\n&#8220;Samples or good loops chocked with cuts, that&#8217;s clearly my signature I think,&#8221; he explains.\nThis approach enables him to fuse familiar elements with unexpected ones, creating tracks that arouse the curiosity and excitement of his audience.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sets designed to amaze<\/h3>\n\n<p>When it comes to creating an immersive experience for the audience, IAMBOT implements a considered approach.\n&#8220;I first find out about the venue, the time of day, the clientele, whether other DJs are playing before\/after me,&#8221; he explains.\nThis meticulous preparation ensures that each set is tailored to the audience and context, creating an electrifying atmosphere that keeps the crowds dancing.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Towards_new_horizons\"><\/span>Towards new horizons<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>IAMBOT explores new avenues of creativity by collaborating with other artists.\n&#8220;We collaborate perpetually,&#8221; he reveals.\nThese collaborations provide a platform for bold musical experimentation and the creation of unique performances.\nIAMBOT also plans to play abroad, eager to share his music with international audiences.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Inspiring_advice_and_a_promise_for_the_future\"><\/span>Inspiring advice and a promise for the future<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>For aspiring DJ\/producers, IAMBOT has some inspiring advice to share.\n&#8220;Do what you&#8217;re passionate about, the main thing is to make yourself kiffer so you can make others kiffer,&#8221; he enthusiastically advises.\nHe also encourages artists to think outside the box and embrace their unique experiences to create music that resonates with their identity.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In the future, IAMBOT aspires to continue evolving as an artist and exploring new musical horizons.\n&#8220;Continue to make myself known, meet new people, share kiff with people,&#8221;
